Pune's Precision Tooling Pioneer
JK Overseas was established in 2008 by industry veterans with a singular focus: bring world-class tooling quality to the Indian market and beyond. Starting with boring bars, we have grown into a comprehensive industrial tooling manufacturer serving 30+ countries.
Our 18,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Moshi, Pune houses CNC grinding centres, CMM inspection equipment, heat treatment furnaces, and a fully equipped R&D lab. Every tool that leaves our facility is inspected against dimensional drawings and material certificates.

Milestones That Shaped Us
From a 2-machine shop to a multi-crore export house in 15 years.
Foundation
JK Overseas established in Moshi, Pune with 2 CNC grinding machines and a focus on single-point boring bars for the local automotive sector.
Product Expansion
Launched carbide-tipped turning and boring tools. Facility expanded to 8,000 sq. ft. First export order fulfilled to a Bahrain distributor.
ISO 9001 Certification
Achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification. Implemented CMM-based inspection for 100% dimensional verification of boring bars.
Indexable Tooling Launch
Entered the indexable insert holder market. Partnered with carbide insert manufacturers for a complete CNC turning solution offering.
New Manufacturing Wing
Expanded to 18,000 sq. ft. with PVD coating unit, heat treatment facility, and dedicated R&D lab. Team grew to 45+ personnel.
20 Countries Milestone
Active export presence in 20 countries across Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Upgraded to ISO 9001:2015.
Digital Transformation
Launched digital product catalog, online quotation system, and ERP-based order tracking for international clients.
