Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Domestic Delivery (India)
JK Overseas dispatches orders across India via registered courier partners including BlueDart, DTDC, and road freight carriers. Standard delivery timelines:
- Pune local (same-day / next-day): Moshi, Chakan, Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Talegaon, and all Pune MIDC areas
- Maharashtra (2–4 business days): Mumbai, Nashik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Solapur
- Pan-India (4–7 business days): All major industrial cities
Freight charges are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Free freight may be available on orders above minimum order quantity (MOQ) — please confirm with our sales team.
2. International Export
JK Overseas is a DGFT-registered exporter. We export to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Germany, United Kingdom, USA, and other countries. Export shipments are handled via:
- Air freight (DHL, FedEx, Aramex) — 3–7 business days
- Sea freight (LCL / FCL via JNPT, Mumbai port) — 15–40 days depending on destination
Standard export terms: FOB Mumbai / Ex-Works Pune. CIF terms available on request. Full export documentation provided including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and test certificates.
3. Lead Times
Standard stock items: Ready for dispatch within 2–3 business days of order confirmation and payment receipt. Custom or non-stock items: Lead time communicated in the proforma invoice (typically 7–21 days). Bulk orders: Lead times discussed and confirmed at order stage.
4. Order Confirmation & Payment
All orders require a signed purchase order or written confirmation. Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), Letter of Credit (LC), and Telegraphic Transfer (TT) for international orders. Goods are dispatched after payment clearance unless credit terms have been separately agreed.
5. Damaged or Short Shipments
Claims for damaged or short-received goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and written notification to info@jkoverseas.com. We will investigate and resolve valid claims within 7 business days.
